With your elbows raises, wrap your measuring tape around your chest, just below your armpits. Then, drop your elbows to your side. You are going for the largest part of your chest.
Sleeve (arm length)
Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the end of the measuring tape at the center back of your neck. Then, place your fist on your waist. Run measuring tape over your shoulder and elbow and down to the ball on the outside of your wrist. The total length is your arm length.
Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam’s apple), keeping tape a bit loose.
Measure around your natural waistline about a couple of inches below your belly button, keeping the measuring tape a bit loose. Make sure you don’t suck in or hold your breath. Keep in natural.
